Created in 2003 with pageants in 2005 and 2006.
MHHCR organization now appoints queens to enter the Miss Rodeo Texas pageant each year.

AVERY GONZALES
OUR MISS HOUSTON HARRIS COUNTY TEEN in 2005 who went on a few months later to carry our title to state and won the MISS RODEO TEXAS TEEN in 2005 --returned a few years later and won the MISS RODEO TEXAS title for 2008!!!!
